# Rawlings Training Center - Our Story

Rawlings Training Center at Balls‑n‑Strikes is more than just an indoor facility—it’s the premier baseball and softball training destination in the St. Louis metro area, proudly operated by the founder and owner of Balls‑n‑Strikes, Aaron Jaworowski.

How We Started

## The Beginning

Founded in 1999, Balls‑n‑Strikes began with Aaron’s visionary goal: to offer high‑quality, year‑round training for young athletes.

As the original location, **Balls‑n‑Strikes Ballwin** continues to lead with excellence, and in Chesterfield Valley, our flagship **Rawlings Training Center** reflects the same ethos—with 15 hitting cages, professional Hittrax simulation, and a fully tailored curriculum for players of all ages and abilities.
