Who is Ryan?

Performance Coach & Player Development Specialist

With over 12 years of coaching experience, Coach Ryan Rohmiller brings a powerful mix of technical knowledge, competitive energy, and mental performance insight to every session. A former first baseman and outfielder, Ryan has worked with players across all age groups and skill levels—from beginners to college athletes—helping them sharpen their approach at the plate, clean up defensive fundamentals, and strengthen their mindset.

Ryan specializes in hitting development and defensive instruction, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to connect the mental side of the game with physical execution. Whether it’s refining a swing, improving glove work, or competing in pressure moments, his training style is built around intensity, consistency, and high expectations.

“I coach with a competitive edge, striving to help players understand, apply, and execute. My goal is to help players reach their potential through consistent reps, clear instruction, and a mindset built for competition.”

Ryan’s training sessions are known for being high-paced, high-volume, and high-impact—packed with meaningful reps and real-time feedback. He teaches players how to slow the game down by focusing on what they can control: body language, focus, effort, and intent. His players don’t just improve—they learn how to self-correct, compete pitch-to-pitch, and own their development.

“I believe consistency and intentionality are the foundation of growth. When players understand why they’re doing something, they become their own best coach. That’s when development takes off.”

Inspired by a desire to give back to the game that shaped him, Coach Rohmiller is passionate about helping athletes turn failure into fuel. His ability to demand the best from his players—while creating a positive and challenging environment—has earned him a reputation as both a skilled technician and a motivator.

Families and players consistently say that working with Ryan means working hard and walking away better—with more swings, sharper defense, stronger focus, and a deeper understanding of the game.
