Train Like an Iron Catcher. The Iron Catchers Academy is a training program created by Trent Leimkuehler to build strong, confident, and fundamentally sound catchers in the St. Louis area.

This program is more than just blocking and receiving. It’s about becoming the leader behind the plate—owning the moment, making smart in-game decisions, and handling the baseball with complete control. It's to take the intermediate catcher and advance them to an expert level catcher.

In this session, catchers will focus on:

• ✅ Decreasing your pop-time with efficient footwork and mechanics

• ✅ Making better in-game decisions with increased baseball IQ

• ✅ Mastering tough plays like bunts, pop-ups, and double plays

Whether you're trying to lock down a varsity role or grow into a leadership position behind the dish, this program gives catchers the tools to command the game.
