Next Pitch Project
The Next Pitch Project is a 7-week, elite-level pitching development program built specifically for middle school pitchers (12U–14U). This program blends movement quality, mound efficiency, foundational throwing, and mental performance development to prepare pitchers to dominate their next pitch—and the entire upcoming season.
Designed with a 3:1 player-to-coach ratio, each session provides personalized coaching, movement breakdowns, throwing progressions, and mindset training to help young pitchers build the foundation needed for long-term success.

Why This Program Works
The Next Pitch Project is intentionally built for middle school pitchers who are entering a critical stage of development.
Before velocity peaks, before high school workloads increase, and before mechanics become harder to change—this program builds the foundation.
Our approach:
“Every session has a purpose. We teach pitchers how to move efficiently, think clearly, and compete with confidence.”
