Step into the Box this Winter

Think you can hit under pressure? Test your team’s skills inside the cages at our HitTrax Winter Break Tournament — a three-day showdown that brings the competition indoors. With live data, real ballparks, and a tournament bracket format, this event combines the thrill of gameplay with next-level technology.

Tournament Details

Age Groups: 11U–12U | 13U–14U
Teams: 8 per age group
Roster Size: 3–5 players per team

Entry Fees:

  • $215 per team

Includes:

  • 3-game guarantee (one game per day)

  • Free HitTrax credit for the winning team

Format & Schedule

  • Bracket Play: Winners and Losers sides (minimum 3 games per team)

  • Game Length: 7 innings or 1 hour (whichever comes first)

  • Time Slots: 60 minutes per game

  • Dates: December 28 – 30

Day 1: Opening Round
Day 2: Elimination & Semifinals
Day 3: 7th, 3rd, Consolation, and Championship Games

Rules & Scoring

  • Pitching: Hack Attack Machine

  • Scoring: Automated by HitTrax (confirmed by instructor)

  • Tie-Breaker: Sudden death (runner on 2nd, 1 out)

  • Home Team: Decided by coin flip (chooses stadium)

Logistics

  • Check-In: 20 minutes before your first game

  • Warm-Up: 10 minutes in Cage 1 before each game

  • Games: Begin promptly — one-hour time slots
